Media Resourcing/Creative Team Administrative Coordinator

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: Provide administrative leadership and project management support in accomplishing the Creative Team ministry goals and strategies. 

Hours: Part Time, Salaried, 20hrs/week

Start Date: immediate availability

Leadership Responsibilities (previous experience preferred)

  • Provide project management and administrative support for the Creative Team.
  • Help facilitate Fellowship’s vision, mission, and values through strategic execution of our brand through design and video production.
  • Partner with Creative Team leadership in resourcing the graphic design, print, digital, branding, and video production needs of all ministry areas.
  • Oversee communication between the Creative Team and the supported ministry teams.
  • Provide calendar management for the Creative Team leaders.
  • Oversee coordination with in-house and outsourced printing projects.
  • Manage invoicing of Creative Team subscriptions.
  • Manage the creation of design and video assets as needed for funerals and other emerging needs.
  • Manage the process of sharing graphic design, print, digital, branding, and communication assets through our resourcing webpage.
  • Work with HR and Video Production to provide new staff photos.
  • Attend/lead team planning meetings as required.

Landing Worship Leader and Women's Shepherd

Campus: CR Rogers

Purpose: To facilitate and cultivate a worship culture at The Landing and to disciple women leaders and students

Hours: 30 per week

Leadership Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and care for Landing leaders, students, parents, and residents
  • Lead and care for Landing residents.

Bentonville Elementary Ministry Administrative Professional

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Bentonville Elementary Team

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15
